Who is responsible for the management of the development?
All developments are managed by Churchill Estates Management Limited, our own property management company, ensuring your confidence in the expertise of our team operating under the Churchill Group.
What’s included in my service charge?
Our Service Charge typically covers the maintenance of the front gardens, along with the private road and associated drainage. It also includes window cleaning, the Lodge Manager and the 24 hour Careline support system.
We always aim to keep the service charge cost as low as possible, and we provide a full budget breakdown for all our Owners to consider, consulting with them on this every 6 months.
