Key people at Churchill Living

Spencer has spent his working life in the retirement sector and brings extensive experience in the industry. Having co-founded Churchill with his brother, Clinton, Spencer is responsible for the strategy and growth of the business, with special responsibility for land, planning, design, marketing and sales.

Clinton has spent his career in the construction sector and, having co-founded Churchill, has a wealth of experience in the retirement sector. Clinton takes specific responsibility for construction, plant services and customer services.

Dean joined Churchill in 2000 having qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant with Smith & Williamson. He was appointed to the Board in 2003. As well as leading all fundraising to support the Group's growth, Dean is responsible for all financial reporting, budgetary control, information and communication technology and human resources.

Martin has worked in the retirement sector since 1980 and ran his own retirement building business for 16 years. He joined Churchill in 2013 as a Regional Managing Director before his promotion to the Board as Chief Operating Officer, and now Partnerships Managing Director.

Lindsay joined Churchill in 2002 after qualifying as a Certified Chartered Accountant. She's significantly strengthened the finance function and established herself as a key member of the Leadership Team. Overseeing financial reporting, compliance and control, financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Lindsay was promoted to Deputy CFO, working on all fundraising initiatives alongside Dean in support of the Group’s growth.
