Churchill Living Partnerships is a new arm of the Churchill Living Group, created in response to the growing demand for high-quality, specialist, affordable retirement accommodation for our ageing population. Its aim is to partner with the UK's leading registered providers to deliver bespoke, cost-effective affordable housing for older people in selected locations across the country.

Our first partnership

The first of these partnerships is underway with Housing 21, and will deliver five completed developments across the country between 2027 and 2029. We look forward to building on this early success to make Churchill Living Partnerships the UK's leading development partner for bespoke, affordable retirement living communities for older people.

Martin Young, Partnerships Managing Director

Martin has over 40 years' experience in the retirement sector. He joined Churchill in 2013 as a Regional Managing Director before being promoted to the Board as Chief Operating Officer in 2015, and more recently to head up the newly formed Churchill Living Partnerships business.
