Heath Lodge

Heath Lodge is a stunning development of just 30 one and two bedroom retirement apartments, ideally located in the heart of Pinner which has retained much of its ancient charm, particularly in the original village centre, despite its proximity to the capital. If the answer is far too much, then a lifestyle with fewer maintenance worries and a service charge that’s easy to budget for could be the answer to saving money and enjoying more of your time on the things you love.

There are many misconceptions about service charges and many of our Owners are pleasantly surprised that the service charges for their apartment frequently work out less than what they were paying in comparable costs on their previous property.

Our Service Charge typically covers the cost of providing a Lodge Manager, security systems and call monitoring, external maintenance of the building and grounds, building insurance, heating, lighting and provision of all of the furnishings for the Owners’ Lounge and communal areas – all essential ingredients of the independent lifestyle our developments provide.

We always aim to keep the service charge cost as low as possible, and we provide a full budget breakdown for all our Owners to consider, consulting with them on this every 6 months.

We appreciate everyone’s household costs will differ which is why we encourage Customers to complete a ‘Savings Calculator’ with one of our Sales Executives. This calculator is designed to offer a comprehensive understanding of the value in our easy to budget Service Charge.

Life in Pinner

Located within a residential area on the outer fringes of north-west London, Pinner has retained much of its ancient charm, particularly in the original village centre, despite its proximity to the capital. These new flats in Pinner are well-placed, close to local amenities and Pinner station for easy access to the surrounding areas.

  • The high street features delightful timber-framed buildings, small antiques and craft shops, overlooked by the medieval hilltop church of St John the Baptist. The church hosts a first-class jazz scene, reflecting Pinner’s unique amalgamation of past and present.
  • The Pinner Memorial Park contains the historic lakeside West House as well as a tranquil Peace Garden commemorating the end of World War II.
