At all Churchill developments, there is a range of facilities exclusively for Residents including a Lodge Manager, Guest Suites, communal areas, and much more. There is a lift to all floors, so there's no need to climb the stairs and heavy shopping isn't a chore. Each development has a free car park, where spaces are available on a 'first come, first served' basis. Facilities do vary from development to development, so you will find a full list of the facilities available at each property within the individual property details.

Your Lodge Manager helps keep your development running smoothly and is there to help with day-to-day queries. They can also keep an eye on things while you’re away, giving you and your loved ones added peace of mind. - 24-hour Careline system
Every apartment has a 24-hour Careline system, so help is available in an emergency, day or night. Secure door entry and other safety and security features provide added reassurance, while helping you remain independent in your own home.

There is never any pressure to join in. Some of our Residents are in the Lounge every day, others call in now and then. Both are perfectly normal, and the choice is always yours.
