Sally Pantridge from Beck Lodge recently joined forces with the Churchill team, helping to organise a talk by a representative from Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, a charity close to her heart.
Apartment Owners at Beck Lodge in Park Gate welcomed a special visitor – Morgan the trainee hearing dog – to an event marking Deaf Awareness Week 2025.
Suella Braverman MP has presented Churchill Owner Derek Phillips with a special Points of Light award, which recognises outstanding individual volunteers and people who are making a change in their community.
Local people met one of Britain’s favourite TV personalities, Dame Esther Rantzen DBE, when she attended the Official Opening of Churchill Living’s Beck Lodge in Park Gate on Tuesday 26th April.
Beck Lodge owners were treated to a talk about the history of Cliveden House in Buckingham by fellow owner, Annette Scudamore. Annette spent many years as a volunteer at Cliveden House, giving tours and history talks to visitors, prior to relocating to Park Gate to live nearer to family. Annette also brought along books and postcards to support the presentation which everyone enjoyed the opportunity to see.
