How a new Churchill apartment could help reduce your costs:
Now is the time to take stock and think about how much time and money you have spent over the past year on house maintenance. If the answer is far too much, then a lifestyle with fewer maintenance worries and a service charge that’s easy to budget for could be the answer to saving money and enjoying more of your time on the things you love.
There are many misconceptions about service charges and many of our Owners are pleasantly surprised that the service charges for their apartment frequently work out less than what they were paying in comparable costs on their previous property.
Our Service Charge typically covers the cost of providing a Lodge Manager, security systems and call monitoring, external maintenance of the building and grounds, building insurance, heating, lighting and provision of all of the furnishings for the Owners’ Lounge and communal areas – all essential ingredients of the independent lifestyle our developments provide.
We always aim to keep the service charge cost as low as possible, and we provide a full budget breakdown for all our Owners to consider, consulting with them on this every 6 months.
We appreciate everyone’s household costs will differ which is why we encourage Customers to complete a ‘Savings Calculator’ with one of our Sales Executives. This calculator is designed to offer a comprehensive understanding of the value in our easy to budget Service Charge.

Castle Quay is a modern shopping centre, home to a wide selection of High Street stores covering everything from fashion, to health and beauty and homeware, alongside tempting restaurants and cafes.
The Waterfront is a brand new restaurant and leisure development, which when open later this year, will comprise a cinema, bowling alley, terrace and a number of restaurants all set alongside the canal.
The Mill Arts Centre offers an exciting live events programme including theatre, dance, music, comedy, film, workshops and classes and has a gallery with a regular programme of exhibitions from local artists.
