Churchill Living welcomed local residents to Invicta Lodge at Westwood Cross for a successful charity fashion evening in partnership with Love London Clothing, raising a total of £826 for East Kent Mind. The total includes match funding from the Churchill Foundation, doubling the impact of funds raised on the night.
The event, held on Wednesday 11th February, brought the popular Whitstable-based boutique directly to the over 60s development for an evening of fashion, fundraising and community spirit. Guests enjoyed a welcome drink, an exclusive 10% discount on purchases, goody bags, competitions, giveaways and a prize draw, all included within the ticket price.
All proceeds from ticket sales were donated to East Kent Mind, a local charity providing vital mental health support services across the region.
Charlie Gray, Marketing Lead for Churchill Living South East, said: “We’re thrilled with the success of our charity fashion evening and would like to thank everyone who came along to support such an important cause. Raising £826 for East Kent Mind is a fantastic achievement and we’re especially proud to have doubled the funds through match funding from the Churchill Foundation. It was a wonderful evening that brought people together while making a meaningful difference locally.”
