Charles Lodge and Bewick Court in Evesham has been celebrating after it received a Certificate of Merit Award from the Vale of Evesham Civic Society, in recognition of its successful and sympathetic redevelopment of a site on Swan Lane, near the heart of town.
Churchill’s Divisional Construction & Commercial Director Steve Freer, who played a key part in delivering the new development, attended a special presentation at Charles Lodge on 18th February, where he received the award from Civic Society Chair Gill Pawson. They were joined by apartment Owners, Civic Society committee members and other members of the Churchill team, including Lodge Manager Dawn Dean, Contracts Manager John Pendleton, and Sales Executive Joanne Warrender.
It was an ideal opportunity for Gill to meet the new apartment Owners who have already moved into Charles Lodge, and to mingle in the comfort of the warm and spacious Owners’ Lounge whilst finding out about the social, relaxed and low maintenance lifestyle they are enjoying there.
Gill Pawson said:
