We would like to buy your home

Churchill Living would like to buy your house, together with some neighbouring houses, in order to build a new retirement living development.

'Site assemblies' of this kind, normally consisting of a group of up to five neighbouring houses, are an important part of the way we source land.

We would work closely with you during the process of agreeing to buy your house (potentially at a price above market value), obtaining planning permission, and completing the purchase.

Our service will take away the stress of selling your house. We have an expert team of Land Buyers and solicitors to process the sale, and we can help you find a trusted solicitor to advise you. We will even pay their fees

Why choose Churchill Living?

We are an award winning, industry leading privately owned specialist retirement housebuilder and operator, with over 200 developments across the country. We have ambitious plans for growth to meet the increasing need for more suitable housing for people of retirement age.

Don't just take our word for it

Stewart Road, Highcliffe, Dorset - At Highcliffe, five houses were redeveloped to create a new development of 48 one-and-two bedroom apartments. Although our planning application was originally refused by the Council and was granted consent via an appeal to the government's Planning inspectorate, it took only 13 months, from exchange of land contracts, to obtain planning permission.

Great Tattenhams, Epsom, Surrey - At Great Tattenhams five houses (consisting of two pairs of semi-detached properties and a single detached property) were redeveloped to create a new development of 34 one-and-two bedroom apartments. Although similarly needing to be taken to appeal, it took just 15 months to obtain planning permission.

"I sold my house in Highcliffe to Churchill Living. They were extremely easy to deal with and got on with the job of getting planning permission straightaway." Mrs Joanna Smith
