Churchill Living Partnerships is a new arm of the Churchill Living Group, created in response to the growing demand for high-quality, specialist affordable retirement accommodation to meet the needs of our ageing population.
Its strategic objective is to partner with the UK’s leading registered social providers, delivering bespoke and cost-effective affordable housing for older people in selected locations across the country.
The developments created through Churchill Living Partnerships will benefit from our highly disciplined design and build processes, applying all the experience, knowhow and expertise on which we have built our market leading reputation over the last 30 years.
For our partners this will ensure a quality product at an affordable price and specification that is tailored to their needs, enabling their customers to enjoy independence, safety and community in their later years. They can also rely on our track record as a HBF 5 Star rated housebuilder for ten consecutive years.
The first of these partnerships is underway with Housing 21, and will deliver five new completed developments across the country between 2027-29.

Martin has over 40 years’ experience in the retirement sector and joined Churchill in 2013 as Regional Managing Director before being promoted to the Board as Chief Operating Officer in 2015, and more recently to head up the newly formed Churchill Living Partnerships business.
